BoardBound is an AI-powered study companion for nurse practitioner students preparing for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) board certification — built by an active DNP-FNP student who knows exactly what it takes to pass.

Traditional question banks show you a correct answer and a paragraph of text. BoardBound adds a live AI tutor trained to explain clinical reasoning the way a real NP preceptor would — walking you through why the right answer is right, where your thinking went off, and how to connect it to evidence-based guidelines.

The AI tutor explains every answer based strictly on the human-written rationale attached to each question. It does not invent clinical facts. It does not replace your clinical judgment, your preceptor, or evidence-based practice guidelines.

Every AI response includes a static educational-use disclaimer, and every response has a one-tap "Flag for Clinical Inaccuracy" button. Flagged responses are reviewed and used to improve the tutor.

Privacy first

• AI tutor access is opt-in. You see a clear consent screen before your first conversation, naming the AI provider.
• Never enter personal health information (PHI) into the tutor — it is for exam reasoning only.
• Your questions and AI conversations are stored securely and tied only to your account.
• You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time.
