BoardBound supports complete account and data deletion at any time. You can delete your account directly from within the app, or send a deletion request by email if you no longer have access to the app.
Your account and all associated data are removed from our servers immediately. You'll be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.
If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your sign-in method, or otherwise cannot use Method 1, send a deletion request to:

We process email-based deletion requests within 7 business days. We may reply asking you to confirm the request from the email address tied to your account, to prevent unauthorized deletion.
When you delete your BoardBound account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and must be canceled separately:
If you delete your account while a subscription is still active, you will continue to be charged at each renewal date until you cancel through Apple or Google. Refunds for unused subscription time are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies.
Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use BoardBound again in the future, you will need to create a new account. Your previous study history will not be restored.
